Every time I open Skyrim the launcher downloads mods that I previously subscribed to and gives me a message that says, 'Synchronization complete. Some mods that were unsubcribed were subscribed to and loaded'.
For all of these mods, I have (a) checked that I'm not subscribed to that mod on the Steam Workshop and (b) checked I don't have the mod file in my skyrim data folder. I can delete everything in the Data Files tab, unsubcribe from everything at the same time, go to the website and check I am subscribed to nothing, and the next time I open Skyrim it redownloads all the mods I don't want.

The best way to solve your problem is to unsubscribe from the Mods. In this way, Skyrim Launcher will no longer download them automatically.
To unsubscribe them, you needs to go to 'Data Files' on your launcher, then click on Skyrim Workshop and login to the Workshop.
From there, you should see your display pic at the right hand bar. Click on that, then click on Subscribed Items. You will see all the mods that your're subscribed to. Unsubscribe from those that you don't want any more.
You were unable to get rid of them previously from the 'Data Files' tab because all the mods are linked to your account. You have to manually remove them from the Skyrim Workshop.

- Click on 'Play' in Steam, and load the main menu.
- Click on Data Files.
- Highlight the mod that you have unsubscribed to. The background should be blue when it is highlighted.
- Click the 'Delete Selected' button in the bottom left corner.
- A window will pop up asking you to confirm the deletion of the mod and associated files. Click 'Yes to delete the mod.

I've seen quite a few people looking for a way to quickly enable/disable mods when playing GTA V, so I wrote this simple launcher to do so.
What it does: You have five options:
- Single Player (No Mods) (Loads to the main menu of GTAV)
- Single Player /w Mods (Loads to the main menu of GTAV)
- Load Single Player Offline (Adds -scOfflineOnly to commandline.txt)
- Disable Mods on Exit (Removes the mods from your games main directory when the game exits)
- GTA:Online (No Mods) (Loads Directly to Freeroam)
When selecting a No Mods option, it will look for the following files in your GTA V directory:
- ScripthookV.dll
- ScriptHookVDotNet.dll
- dsound.dll
- dinput8.dll
- any file with .asi in the filename
Once the file is located, it is moved to a subdirectory in the GTAV directory called mod_store, before the game is launched.
If you select the '/w Mods' option, it will move all files located in mod_store to your main GTAV directory.
In the title of the program you should see either a [S] for Steam Version or a [W] for Warehouse version. If the detected version differs from what you actually own, please check the following:
- Try Putting the program in the GTAV game directory
- If using the steam version, Make sure PlayGTAV.exe is not present (this file is not part of the steam release)

Steam Workshop and How to Make Mods
Steam Workshop
The Rome II Steam Workshop is a directory of user created modifications for the game that can alter many different areas of the game, from simple balance mods to adding new units to changing the graphics in the game.
You can browse the Workshop for mods you would like to have in your game and subscribe to them. The tags can be used to filter for mods of different types, so if you just want to find mods that add new units, the Units tag is the one for you.
Mod Manager
Once you have subscribed to items in the Workshop, when you next load up the game you can see these mods by clicking on the Mod Manager button in the launcher.
This will show all the Workshop items you are subscribed to and the download progress of them. You can also choose which mods you want active via the checkboxes for each one. So you can subscribe to more mods than you want active at any one time and you can have them downloaded on your computer and ready to go whenever you want them to have an effect in-game.
You can also upload mods to Steam Workshop from the Mod Manager, but that will be covered later. First there is information on how to make a mod.
Creating a Mod
For now community made tools are required to create mods. There are already many great tools and tutorials out there, below is a list of them that will get you started.

- Rome 2 Editor – A tool designed for dealing with large amounts of data in the database.

Uploading a Mod to Steam Workshop
Now you have made a mod, uploading it to Steam Workshop is a simple process.
Make sure your mod pack has a unique name so it will not conflict with other mods, and that it is located in your Rome II data folder along with an image for your mod. This should be a 256x256 png image with the same name as your mod pack. If you do not have this image you will get an error message on trying to upload.
Run the game and go to the Mod Manager. You should see a new entry there with the name of your mod pack along with an upload button. Filme indiene online gratis subtitrate in romana. Clicking it will prompt you to select which tag you want for your mod. The tags are:
- Graphical
- UI
- Overhaul
- Battle
- Campaign
- Units
- Compliation
- Maps
Pick the one that is most relevant.
Once your mod has been uploaded you will be taken to the Steam Workshop page for it where you can edit its title, description and upload additional images/videos to help promote it. Save the details and it will be available for everyone who owns Rome II to subscribe to and use themselves in their games.

Since Stardew Valley doesn't have official mod support on Steam yet, installing and removing them can pose a challenge for some players. It's important to note before trying to alter your game experience, that you should back up your save progress and all your content files in the case that a mod doesn't work correctly or you want to return back to the normal game experience.
You can do this by copying your Saves and Content folders and placing them in a safe place. You can typically find these folders in these locations: C:UsersinsertusernamehereAppDataRoamingStardewValleySavesand C:Programs FilesSteamSteamAppscommonStardew ValleyContent.
Do this every time before you install mods, just to be safe.
If you’re having trouble with installing and removing mods in Stardew Valley, we encourage you to try SDVMM, which is a Stardew Valley ModManager. It’s a community developed application that installs SMAPI (the Stardew Modding API that is required for certain mods), keeps SMAPI updated to the latest version, and assists with overall mod maintenance. It’s a great utility to use, but it’s important to keep in mind that it’s still being updated, and only supports very basic features such as installing, deactivating, and deleting mods. If you’re interested in maintaining mods on your own, the first thing you should do is figure out which mods you want to try. This is because mods may require different versions of SMAPI in order to work correctly. You can typically find mod requirements in the description and reading the description is very important since it will tell you everything you need to know in order to get the mod to work.
Let’s assume that all the mods you want to try require the latest version of the Stardew Modding API. If this is the case, you can find all versions of it on Github including the latest release. If you have a Windows PC, Download, extract the files and run install.exe. If you have a Mac or Linux, download, extract, open a terminal and run ‘mono install.exe’. The latest version of SMAPI does all the work for you including installing TrainerMod (something many mods also require). Once you’ve installed it, access your Stardew Valley Steam folder. The path typically resembles something close to this: C:Programs FilesSteamSteamAppscommonStardew Valley.
How To Turn Off Mods Starbound
You’ll see a folder called Mods and an executable called StardewModdingAPI.exe. These will be important once you've installed the mod you want to use. Once you've downloaded the mod, extract its contents into the Mods folder. This will usually consist of an insertmodnamehere.dll and insertmodnamehereconfig.ini. Once you've done this, you should now be able to play the game with the mod. You can do this by clicking on StardewModdingAPI.exe. If you've done everything correctly, the game should now run with the mod applied.
Removing a mod is as simple as deleting all remnants of it from the Mods folder. If you're experiencing difficulties, just restore all your files using the backups suggested earlier.
